What is MCP tooling? ▼
Model Context Protocol (MCP) is a standard for connecting AI assistants to external tools and data sources. MCP servers are added gradually over time based on platform development and user requests. These servers enable your AI to interact with databases, APIs, file systems, and more. The AI interface is available at playground.8ase0f0ps.com/dashboard where you can use Open WebUI with your personal API key.
How does the token system work? ▼
Each subscription plan includes 500,000 AI tokens monthly that reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. Tokens are consumed when using AI services for chat completions and image generation. Token usage varies based on model selection, response length, and image complexity. If you run out, you can purchase additional token packs (Tiny: 10K, Small: 100K, Medium: 500K, Large: 1M tokens) that never expire. Our pricing is transparent and based on actual infrastructure costs.
How is my data protected? ▼
We implement AES-256 encryption for data at rest, SSL/TLS for all connections, and ZFS storage protection with automatic snapshots. Your services run on isolated subdomains with individual authentication. For Anonymous Plan users, Bitcoin payments via our Tor-accessible BTCPay server ensure transaction privacy. We follow cypherpunk principles: your data belongs to you, and we never share it with third parties.
When will Nextcloud and Plex be available? ▼
Both services are in active development. Nextcloud storage (200GB with ZFS protection) and Plex streaming are being built out as resources allow. Beta testers will receive early access when features reach testing readiness. All current subscribers will automatically receive these features when available at no additional cost—your plan price is locked in.
How do I access my services after signup? ▼
After completing payment, you'll receive an email with your unique API key and access credentials. Your services will be available at: playground.8ase0f0ps.com/dashboard (AI & MCP), n8n.playground.8ase0f0ps.com (workflows), and plan-specific subdomains for Nextcloud and Plex when they launch. No custom subdomain selection is needed—we handle infrastructure automatically.
What is GraphRAG with Zep/Graphiti? ▼
GraphRAG combines knowledge graphs with retrieval augmented generation. Zep and Graphiti create structured, persistent memory representations that allow for intelligent, context-aware AI responses across sessions. Your conversations and data are organized as a knowledge graph, enabling complex relationship queries and long-term memory that traditional RAG systems cannot provide.
What's included in the 90% uptime SLA? ▼
Our 90% uptime target is measured annually and excludes scheduled maintenance windows (12 AM - 4 AM EST, announced 24 hours in advance). Critical incidents receive 4-hour response during business hours, general issues within 24 hours. We monitor all services continuously and provide status updates via email for any unplanned downtime.
What is the Anonymous plan? ▼
The Anonymous plan is designed for users who prioritize maximum anonymity and security. It includes all Regular plan features plus Bitcoin-only payments via Tor, PGP-encrypted email communications, no KYC requirements, enhanced privacy protections, and optional Tor-only access to services. Perfect for those who value digital sovereignty and want to maintain complete privacy.
